Pros

If you’re a left wing nut job who believes swat teams should just walk away from suicidal subjects, or that BLM should dictate your policies, this is the place for you!

Cons

Tried and true police work need not apply. This is where wile policies thrive and over-charging for everything is the norm. If you have money to burn, we’ll spend it and convince you it was worth it!!

At Lexipol, we focus our solutions and efforts on helping agencies improve the quality of life for all community members and we are not politically active or aligned. We define policy guidelines and best practices as outlined by state and federal legislation and experienced subject matter experts.

Pros

No pros really except that you are meeting a need in the market.

Cons

Leadership is a joke. Senior reps bully the newer reps and are inappropriate at times.. especially if you don't agree with them politically. They need to start over and clean out the so-called leadership. Steer clear of this joke of an organization.

I certainly wish you had found an open door internally to escalate any concern you had. HR (and management) certainly is devoted to listening and finding solutions.

Pros

Entirely remote, Good pay for what's expected, decent benefits

Cons

I can only speak from my point of view from the LDR position- Middle management was incommunicative and obviously lacked basic leadership skills. Fear and uncertainty were their primary management style - I logged the interactions that I had with one of them and the last seven times I tried to talk to, provide updates to, ask for help were completely ignored. Definitely avoid if you're looking for career development (which is typically offered/expected in a BDR position) or taking the traditional path of moving up to a Sales Executive after six months -- you are put in that position to stay there. In contrast, the other sales directors who were actually sales professionals were positive and encouraging, often saying how well the company and the team was doing. It was refreshing to listen to them in company-wide meetings. There seemed to be a lot of others in different roles that really enjoyed their work and believed in the company mission.
