Toxic Environment New CEO has taken us from a respectful Employee NPS to a -4. That pretty much says it all.

We just added eNPS to our engagement survey this year. We are focused on a number of drivers to positively enhance engagement, some of which have rolled out recently: mentoring, leadership development, learning paths, pulse surveys for feedback, updated performance mgmt, internal committees, industry training, 1:1s or monthly lunches with the CEO, numerous communication channels and more.

Flexibility with work from home and I enjoyed my team.

Cons

Base pay was not up to par with what the competition was paying. No accountability on the upper leadership levels.
