Toxic and hostile environment once our jobs started going overseas, execs and RE are destroying the company, leadership is very reactionary, no future strategy, if you speak up, you'll be fired first, extremely poor raises, 1st shift employees were forced to work until midnight and very late hours during month end close, morale at all time low, employees still routinely getting fired, execs get huge Q1 bonuses while workers got nothing except a $25 Christmas gift card, benefits worsened each year including very expensive health ins premiums...just everything became terrible in 2011 when the new head chopper slowly sent our jobs overseas. Many miserable people just existing day to day waiting to hear they also got fired. I had to train my Filipino replacements in order to get a small severance package. It was savage! :( Oddly enough 'Valuing employees' is one of their core beliefs. Lol

The pay is low compared to other attorney jobs.
