Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We’re glad to hear that work–life balance has been a positive part of your time at LexisNexis. Flexibility and sustainability matter, and it’s encouraging to know that is coming through in your role. We also appreciate your honesty about things feeling unstable at times. Change, shifting priorities, and uncertainty can be difficult to navigate, and we recognize how important clear communication and consistent leadership support are during those moments. We continue to focus on helping teams understand where the business is headed, how their work connects to broader priorities, and where they can get support. Thank you for the work you’re doing and for sharing this feedback. We value your perspective and hope you continue to raise your experience with your manager or HR partner so we can better understand where more clarity would be helpful.

What a great review to read! Thank you for taking the time to share this and for the part you played as a Customer Success Manager at LexisNexis. Customer Success plays such an important role at LexisNexis, helping our customers get real value from the tools, content, and insights they rely on every day. That work takes strong relationships, patience, problem solving, and a team around you that helps make the day-to-day experience feel sustainable. We’re glad that sense of support came through during your time here. Looking after our people is part of how strong work happens, whether through flexibility, wellbeing resources, development opportunities, or the everyday care colleagues show one another. Thank you for the contribution you made while you were with us. We’re so pleased your experience was such a positive one, and we wish you continued success in what comes next.

Pros

Work-life balance, quick adoption, and access to AI resources, decent salary.

Cons

Layers of management slow decision-making and limit room to grow. Merit increases are minimal or nonexistent. And the matrix structure often puts business outcomes ahead of the people doing the work.

After several years with us in a senior marketing role, your perspective carries real weight. It’s encouraging to hear that flexibility, AI resources, and the broader business outlook have been strong parts of your experience. You’ve also highlighted how structure and progression visibility influence how the role feels over time. In a global, matrixed organization, cross-team coordination can shape how quickly things move, but it also enables teams to deliver consistent, high-impact outcomes at scale. That environment creates opportunities to lead beyond a single function, whether through cross-team projects, broader ownership, or new challenges that expand impact. Development is closely tied to that work, supported by mentoring, role-based learning, and opportunities to move across teams or functions. Where the path forward feels less clear, those early conversations with a manager or HR partner can often help bring more visibility to options and next steps. Compensation is approached with the same level of structure, guided by market data, role scope, and performance, as part of a broader total rewards approach that supports overall employee wellbeing. Marketing plays a key role in how we bring innovation to life for customers, especially as AI is becoming part of how work gets done across the business. Thank you for everything you’re contributing and for sharing your experience so candidly.
