      If you need a job and experience, you will get decent pay and plenty of work.

      Cons

      This is the type of job where you really need to speak with former employees to get an idea if this is the place for you. If it's not, that does not mean that you lack talent, lazy, impatient. That simply means you wish you seek a place that isn't flat out toxic. Those of you that don't mind toxic, will be just fine here.

      Yearly bonuses and raises based on performance metrics

      ALL of their software, servers, etc. are BROKEN. The SMEs who worked on them have retired and were NOT replaced. Middle management blames the rank and file for system failures, so they do not get in trouble with upper management. Speaking of system failures, (depending on your position) you may be called up on in the middle of the night to fix job failures. I repeat: you may have to work IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT (without additional compensation) to fix something that the company should have fixed years ago.
