      Many long term knowledge employees looking to collaborate towards a joint cause. Compelling customer problem solving opportunities, not two days the same. You can see your impact in the world, very fulfilling!

      Cons

      Sales compensation for very top performers could be more competitive. No equity like startup competitors. Can be nimble when pushed but not all groups set out to be nimble.

      Great work life balance. They really enforce taking PTO and making sure you have help when needed. Great Management. Teams work together and help with tasks.

      No seat promoting. You have to move teams to move up.
