Steady company, very few layoffs, decent benefits.

Cons

They use a technology that is not used by anyone else. It restricts one's opportunities. Plus, lot of internal politicking at all levels.

Nothing. And when I mean nothing, I mean nothing.

Cons

Everything. - Pay is average at best. You’re also looking at a 2% bonus. - Product department, specifically Healthcare. There is no direction. If you’re a new to healthcare or new to LN, good luck. You’ll never have a leg to stand on. - Leadership is never never involved and always away at conventions, they just give tasks with little to no context of what the ask from the business is. - If you’re OK with getting thrown in the fire and Product Managers getting you to do their job, this place is the place for you! - Everyone is fake and culture is the worst I’ve ever been a part of.

Maybe work life balance, otherwise nothing

Cons

Poor pay, abysmal increment, super slow growth. I have been working for over 3 years and have been performing and getting the top ratings but no significant pay raise, and have not been promoted. Performance bonus is just 2% of annual salary. You work or don't work it doesn't matter.
