Business Outlook
Pros
Good connection with immediate managers, fairly stable company, generally good coworkers. A lot of lateral mobility if you want to try something else. Teams often work together on extra projects and promote a good community.
Cons
Upper management does not seem to be aware of what is needed to actually perform our jobs. Computer systems are poorly designed and buggy making an otherwise easy job difficult. No real response from upper management when suggestions are made. Company has been outsourcing positions (that they probably ought not to) to the Philippines. Also 30 minute lunch breaks.
