      Pros

      Conditions are comfortable, the work is easy, for the most part people are very pleasant, and from time to time an interesting project pops up.

      Cons

      There are limited opportunities for advancement, middle-management is poor, and there are a few unproductive employees who just can't get fired. There is a huge amount of bureaucracy that slows everything down.

      Pros

      Benefits are very good and the company is stable. Quality of life is great if you are looking to put in your 8 hours a day and be done.

      Cons

      Trying to do anything beyond the status quo is painful to impossible. Bureaucracy and frustration reign free. HR leadership is over their heads and terrible at employee relations.

      Pros

      Brilliant, hardworking people. Good benefits and programs. A good place to get a wide range of experiences

      Cons

      There's no "sitting promotions" unless HR deems it in their best interest to do so. Problem people are promoted or kept on and hardworking people get the honor of picking up their slack. They repeatedly hire from outside rather than recognize their own talent internally. Management has no real power to grow employees. HR is not for employees. They are for the C level executives. Get in - Get out type of environment.
