      The company in itself was awesome. They were like a big family.

      Very Alpharetta focussed, hard to make progress in the company from outside head office, try to move all functions except some sales to HQ

      Pros

      Ostensibly professional development of what the employees want to do with their careers is taken into consideration when first line management assists employees in career development plans. On the surface this looks like a good thing but it appears to be poorly implemented.

      Cons

      Management decisions are made that appear to be fabricated from something other than sound logic. As in most mid - large size companies people who are promoted to management rarely have the skills needed to be good leaders. There are some exceptions but they are few.
