      Opportunities, recognition of the company name in the market. There are many challenges, and you can apply yourself to as many as you think you can handle.

      The growth often causes lots of communication confusion, but that is happening across corporate America now, all over.

      Pros

      Very helpful co-workers that I learned a lot from. Great collaboration among teammates in order to get the job done. You are not micro managed. Vacation, sick and personal days are rolled into one and they call it PTO. and is pretty standard for most companies.

      Cons

      Burdened with unnecessary reports to fill out that had to be done in duplicate and triplicate. Lack of direction by middle management. Technology is old.
