      Fast paced environment; no strong growth management

      Pros

      Solid company, with growth potential. Good working conditions. Excellent benefits.

      Cons

      The company is generally a good place to work, but they are growing through acquisitions which affects job security. They tend to layoff staff with every acquisition. They sometimes acquire businesses they are unfamiliar with, which causes setbacks in growth when they don't listen to their knowledgeable employee base. Also lacks solid growth management planning.

      Pros

      Flexibility to come and go as you please as long as you hit your daily weekly and monthly numbers. Very metrics driven to keep you on track.

      Cons

      Very big company so it's hard to figure out who or where to get the information you are looking for.

      Several large divisions - opportunity to move laterally Bonus tied to overall P&L as well as sub-division P&L which is not always a good thing, since CEO decides which divisions get investment to grow revenues and profits

      Cons

      Lack of vision; investment in people (HR is a joke); promotions are hard to come by despite stellar year on year performance
