Leadership cannot work together.

Pros

Great benefits, company perks and wonderful corporate responsibility program. Great long term employees that want to do the right thing and work extremely hard to get things done.

Cons

Difficult environment to work in given the clear division amongst leadership. Company politics are extremely high and often impede on getting things done. Leadership at the RISK business level is consumed with competing amongst the other business units in hopes of getting promoted and often lose sight of what the business should be focused on.

Pros

The pay and benefits are good. The Alpharetta office has a nice lunch room if you like to work through lunch. There are some really smart people to work with if you get lucky enough to find one. Fancy new office furniture is going in at the HQ.

Cons

There is no room for growth in the Finance department. If you want a promotion you have to be one of the CFO's or her direct report's favorite people. The interview process for internal positions is a joke, they already know who they want to hire/promote, it is just a formality. The Finance department can't decide what direction it wants to go and forget about process improvement. Since LN acquired ChoicePoint the processes and systems have gotten more complicated and almost everything we did took much longer. Get back to the basics and listen to the people that work for you.
