      Great Benefits, Forward Thinking, Great Interest in their employees, Work life balance

      Cons

      Not enough room for advancement. You can work there for many years and master the same position as an expert. However, there is not a lot of opportunity for Career Development

      Pros

      Good benefits, pay, etc. and great people to work with.

      Cons

      Worked through ChoicePoint acquisition. Was stuck in same position, no room to grow. Seemed like if you were good at your job they made sure you never learned anything new and kept you at that position.
