      Pros

      Consistent year over year growth across the portfolio of businesses. There are lots of opportunities for innovating, problem solving, and overall solution design in large, lucrative markets such as insurance, financial services, and government fraud detection and prevention.

      Cons

      The company is generally a good place to work; however, much of the growth comes through acquisition which can sometimes influence job security. The good news is that there is a steady stream of new talent to challenge complacency.

      Pros

      Regardless of company growth, coworkers and senior leadership keep a very friendly, open work environment and a team-driven culture in everything we do. Frequent team outings, lunches together, pot-lucks. Very intelligent managers. Work-life balance is very important to everyone from the top-down.

      Cons

      The annual salary increase is below average.

      Pros

      Apparently 401K match is the only thing going for them.

      Cons

      They have definitely ruined what was once a great company to work (ChoicePoint). But then that was the goal I believe. Management there now has no clue and it's who you suck up to that counts.
