      Friendly, professional colleagues. Flexible working options. Good pay and flexible benefits. Ethics and fair practices is at the forefront of company culture

      Cons

      Some long hours during busy periods which is expected. Slow to promote within but it does happen. Other than that nothing too bad

      Pros

      Compensation package was good for 35 hours a week.

      Cons

      Legacy mindset, legacy code, legacy decisions... Too many things wrong in too many places, with no willingness to change/improve. You will likely be lied to in the interviews, where they'll offer the nonexistent.
