      Generally a good place to work, though now the UK is such a large business it is very 'corporate'

      Pros

      Friendly and supportive culture. Still a growing business so opportunities to progress and work on different things.

      Cons

      Not a small company any more, so lots of corporate attitudes and sometimes it can be very slow to get things done as too much becomes dependent on other teams. HR. I know their primary objective is to stop the company from being sued by any current or previous employees but my god, they really are useless for anything from an employee's point of view.

      Great culture - 5 years and various market knowledge

      Pros

      - Many markets to gain experience from - A well structured company with proper teams, roles and squads - A mature and well versed leadership team - Use of various technologies, open source and inhouse technology - A sensible company that invests time into learning and using new technology - Always looking to find roles to hire so people are not wearing many hats - Good technical maturity with version control, automation, infrastructure & security - Supports various charities and gives 2 free charity days holiday, at least in the UK - The ability to cross between various markets in the sub division companies - Amazing people to work with - Using well known and industry standard software development products - Some products we develop at OPEN SOURCE on Github and that is amazing.

      Cons

      - To be able to work on open source products more and make it part of the entire company culture to give back and use open source libraries as much as possible without having politics get in the way
