      Pros

      Realizing that their employees make the company what it is, they opened up many available opportunities to learn and train and become better and more knowledgeable for your job. You certainly have numerous options to choose from.

      Cons

      Seems that there are too many middle managers and not enough direct reports. Also, department structure changes too much and you never know who to report to.

      Pros

      Benefits start on day one- no waiting period. Great work-life balance and new CEO seems to be quite involved with ensuring visibility, open communication and progress. Organizational changes and refinement of processes designed to streamline work flow and consistency.

      Cons

      Not many opportunities to move around unless you have a strong background in Sales, IT or right connections.

      Great products for financial services and e-retailers

      Cons

      If you are in sales it is incredibly frustrating; they organization is run by finance and there is so much red tape for a sales person to work through contracts take months. The legal organization is understaffed and poorly run and the attitude is 'We are LexisNexis and if you want to do business with us you'll sign our terms'
