      Pros

      Good group of people on sales team, all helpful work from home Sales Meeting and Customer Advisory meeting conferences are well ran.

      Cons

      Changes to commission structure to look more like other divisions of LN have greatly reduced earning potential and management refuses to acknowledge it. Some members of home office team in sales support roles need constant baby sitting to get tasks completed.

      Access to other options within the Reed Elsevier umbrella.

      Cons

      Politically driven and if you are an outsider, it's tough to advance. Work long hours with no options to telework. Management living in dark ages.
