      Undesirable cost cutting to pay for Choicepoint/Lexis integration Community involvement has greatly diminished Has become very political in order to keep job since CP acquisition

      Pros

      Great data and database management that creates powerful products needed in the market. For the most part, very passionate engineers, product managers, and sales people.

      Cons

      If you are not one of the heritage LN RIsk or Riskwise people, you are deemed inferior. HR is only in place to prevent lawsuits. CEO is totally fooled by slick senior sales management.

      - Huge potential in the emerging Analytics space in Insurance and Financial Services - Worklife balance, Friendly atmosphere - Well-liked CEO

      Cons

      - Unmotivated middle management. One of the reasons for this is a below-average compensation package (especially bonuses) offered to managers and directors. This is where we need to invest in if we are to build and keep a strong technology organization. Good managers attract top talent, bad ones repel them. - Fragmented analytics strategy.
