      Pros

      Great benefits and free food.

      Cons

      Not sure where to begin. Extremely low pay. Everyone is greedy for promotion and power. Too much politics. Promotion is based on how long a person has been in the company and not based on their performance. Leaders don't care if you are hard working and sincere. They will only promote you if they like you. Company's 360 degree performance reviews are flawed. Please don't join this company if you are ambitious, hard working and want to be treated well.

      The company culture was friendly and the people were nice. Good place to begin your career and learn the basics.

      Cons

      You would need to work undocumented overtime if you wanted to be able to reach your quota. The expectations were unrealistic.
