      Terrific Org until the Going Gets Tough

      Pros

      Complexity of problem-solving/product development and autonomy make opportunities at this company very attractive. Relatively competitive pay and flexible locations/co-locations. Highly competitive environment where sales teams can travel virtually anywhere at anytime.

      Cons

      Senior Management team functions like an 8th-grade rugby/field hockey team. Terrified of each other. Toxic and rampant gossip that has a poison-water trickle down effect-- just look at the churn in HR and senior-mid management level. And, as I understand it, don't let the women in Management fool you. They will apparently sell each other out in a second to "stay safe."

      1. Semi Flexible hours 2. Allow the use of Gym onsite.

      Cons

      a. Management has no clue what they are doing. b. Micro Managed to the point where they seem to time you even when your going to the bathroom c. Mostly non american workers who place other non american workers ahead of more qualified people. d. no chance of growth unless you are a part of the above group. e. management Very manipulative F. Very political environment with no groups really working together for the good of the company, it's just for the good of the project

      Some flexibility with schedule Opportunity to work with nice people

      Cons

      Male dominated culture. No females in leadership roles. Leadership doesn't listen or understand needs of market, just push ideas They do not value their people Many of the solutions being sold do not actually work Compensation is not competitive No headroom
