Pros

Lexmark has continually worked on giving employees a "work/life" balance. Benefits are "competitive"... at least... medical benefits not so but still good...

Cons

Finance team at Lexmark is not a good place to be at this time in Cebu. Leadership is questionable.

Pros

Brainware offered me a solution software sales position and an ability to make a lot of money. I have learned a ton and am seeing success. Training was incredible and the comp plan is generous. Hope it doesn't change with the Lexmark acquisition.

Cons

There has been some turnover of sales managers which has made things challenging.
