Also, there is a good emphasis on work/life balance, and employees take part in picnics and the like, and these boost morale. Middle management is supportive and looks for ways to help you grow. There are opportunities to take classes in-house for professional improvement. Lexmark also supports causes like Habitat for Humanity, and its employees are encouraged to participate in these causes. There is also a lot of diversity. Generally, people seemed to feel good about what they were doing, and I think this reflects positively on management and the quality of professionals that Lexmark employs.
