No training, no equipment, no raises, very little positive feedback from management (about once every 5 years).

Good coworkers, flexible with families. Direct management team is very good, responsive, and involved in best interest of team members across the organization.

Cons

Continuous restructuring leads to lots of uncertainty. Seems like executive management takes very reactive decisions without consideration for a long term perspective.
