      Pros

      Good pay Good Workplace COmpetitive benefits, however as I have said below they really need to stop outsourcing, Alot of the people working are also kinda snotty.

      Cons

      Overworked The pay can be crappy for interns. Also they need to shape up management and actually get better people hired and stop outsourcing.

      Pros

      Very nice people to work with. No fuss about taking days off. Good leadership from upper level management throughout the company.

      Cons

      One big issue with Lexmark is the unfairness of promotions, one can visually see who deserves it and who doesn't.

      Pros

      Professional work environment. Management is very easy going. Okay benefits. Seniority is respected.

      Cons

      No training, spotty backup coverage, very little communication with managers. To much emphasis on metrics. Written contracts are not enforced with the customers. Too many key accounts positions were outsourced to Cebu in the Philippines.
