Pros

Conceptually, Liaison's product is innovative and has a strong niche market with truly unlimited growth potential. They provide a valuable service and products seem to be advancing to remain competitive. Some of the people who work there are really amazing - smart, kind, passionate, loyal, and dedicated. Many of the clients are equally passionate about the organization and its products.

Cons

At times, the organization is too focused on economics/the bottom line and not as concerned about the employees/clients. There seems to be a feeling that giving people free alcohol makes up for the other missing elements (salary, bonuses, fair treatment). My personal experience indicated that diversity was not welcome, and it was very difficult to be my authentic self within the company. I felt as though I was treated differently by many of the people I was authentic with - inappropriate jokes and comments and felt limited in my growth opportunities because of it.

Pros

People, flexibility, pay is ok, benefits are ok, 401k

Cons

Some management - Leaders of processes not of people causing many to step away and get out without having anything to fall back on. Insane turn around for a company in this space. OK to get your career started but not to stay there. During my onboarding process over a year and a half ago, we were asked to come here to Glassdoor, and give the company 4 or 5 stars just so they can keep these ratings up. That's why most of the people who have offered such high ratings have been here less than a year.

Pros

Interesting industry and products, pretty good health benefits and a very good group of people to work with.

Cons

The company treats people as disposable. They burn some people out and put up with too much bullying and unwarranted finger- Very bad management and VPs that are not supposed to be in that position as they are not VPs just engineers. If you look through all these reviews, you'll see a cycle of high turn over also discussing this tendency. They talk about "Great Culture" but there none, not existent.
