They have a stable business model and an interesting product.

Cons

If the movie Office Space is heaven to you, then this is the perfect workplace. Otherwise, consider cautiously. The first acronym a developer will learn is TPTB ('P' is not 'powers'). When management asks a question regarding a peer developer, a mistake is to think the intent is to improve the developement team's situation. The development team has talented people, but there is an air of defensiveness and a sense of being disposable among developers due to the changes being implemented. The environment is better suited for telemarketers than for modern software engineers. If there could be any improvement, the real change should happen in the management ranks.

friendly coworkers and flexible management

Another company that refuses to respect its employees. Hire em young, fill em with pizza, and when they burn out hire some more.

There is a great family atmosphere within the different departments There's lots of events The benefits are good

Cons

The training was not good. They like to micro-manage what you do, it's horrible. Their "performance plan" in no way, shape, or form helps you to improve your performance.
