There are great people throughout the company that can be lifelong friends. There lots of work gatherings and nice perks to keep the environment lively and comfortable.

Cons

Not a lot of room for growth. Opportunities to become a permanent worker is scarce. Doing more work than your fellow coworkers makes no difference as far as permanent status
