Pros

Libertana has a really great work environment. The people who work there (including upper management) are supportive and understanding. It really feels like you're working on a team that cares. Additionally, Libertana offers substantial tuition reimbursement for study in related fields. I personally made use of their tuition reimbursement program and recieved over 5 figures in tuition assistance for a very reasonable tradeoff.

Cons

The job itself can be difficult and emotionally draining at times, though it depends on what department you work at.
