Pros

The pay is good. I love the people I work with. I'm at one of what is considered to be the worst sites and I have not had any problems. We get bonuses. The work is not difficult.

Cons

The commute... kind of. Not even that honestly. It's about a twenty-five minute drive from my house. Not too bad

Provide computer and tablet, get to meet and help those in need.

Cons

Management is incompetent, pay rate is below average for type of work, the training is the worst, office staff speak spanish around other staff members who are english speaking only, constant gossiping.
