Pros

At the time I started with Liberty the company was only a couple years old, but during my 5 years there, I witnessed amazing growth. Being apart of that team, and participating in that growth has been among the most rewarding experiences in my life. Sure there were growing pains, but the things the team accomplished are too many to count. I absolutely love the people there, they've felt like family. Being a small team means as a full time employee, you really have to bring it. All of your strengths will be played on, so be ready to work hard (and smart, more importantly) because there isn't much room for anything else. However, in this company your contributions will not fly under the radar- you will see your hard work will be rewarded, and in ways you might not find in a massive corporation. Management is fair and flexible, as long is it makes business sense. I really cannot say enough good things about Liberty and the two individuals who are mostly responsible for it's success: it's founder and office manager. It really as been an honor to work with them and I can't wait to see where they go.

Cons

Working for an intensely aspirational entrepreneur was a bit daunting at times. Be ready to switch gears quickly. You will get a sense of the mode of business, and must align your efforts accordingly. You must rise to the occasion. Don't expect much in the way of management directing your tasks or giving you granular deadlines. You really must be a self-starter. Many times you may be asked to manage projects while completing your own. Time management is crucial.
