      Thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback. The amount of assignments that we can offer to interpreters varies greatly, depending on the demand from our clients. We are always looking to grow the contracts that we have so that we can offer more work to our interpreters.

      Thank you for your feedback. We are looking for ways to improve upon our system. We distribute the appointments as we get them. It is true, quite a few of our clients like to submit their appointments the day before. Since we are an on demand service, we cannot dictate to the client when they can use us. Liberty does empathize with interpreters on this issue, and we do encourage our clients to make their appointments as far ahead of time as possible. Thank you for the service you provide to the LEP & Healthcare community.
