Great benefits and nice office to work in with everything paid for. But everything that is paid for comes with a price. You can make a lot of money if you work hard but the company controls the rates. Rubbing elbows is a plus. 1% renewals in ridiculous.

Cons

You may catch some racial profiling from your counterparts but that comes with any corporate model. Remember that this is a company at the end of the day and it "Liberty" is going to look out for itself. You will see people come and go when working here because not everyone can go out and make it happen
