Salary & benefits... liberty profit sharing is laughable.more cons then pros but good salary. Most supervisors are “okay” don’t expect much help from them.there are a handful of supervisors that are micromanaging nightmares. A lot of things point to layoffs or outsourcing. Closed lso, closed it, sold life, outsourcing offline service team, lots of upper management changes, only pro is the pay

Cons

Dead end job, all customer service related positions in Tampa ,no real advancement opportunities, if you want to go in management become friends with supervisors,hang out with them ,good ole boy buddy buddy suck up promotions mostly. Expect 90% of calls to be rate calls & have people complaining and screaming at you about expensive pricing, systems are a nightmare
