Pros

Great Company, Pay for performance. Benefits from day one, and they pay while you get your license.

Cons

Hard to move up due to the talent that Liberty Mutual has within the company. Not necessarily a bad thing but can be.

Flex schedule

Pros

With the Onboarding department of Liberty Mutual you get a flex schedule so you can start whenever you like which is really nice between 9 AM and 11 AM so if you have things you need to do you can always start a little later or get off a little earlier and it’s outbound calls it’s not too hard you just have to be true Metrix by making a certain amount of calls each day, along with a few other things that are easily obtainable

Cons

The pain it sucks, the job gets very repetitive after a while you’re following a script even though they say it’s not a script, but if you don’t do the script, then they will mark it against you. You’re literally doing the same script. Call after call that you’re calling out.
