Pros

- Work/life balance is good with remote options still available post-covid. - They leave you alone to do your job.

Cons

- Lack of career growth, you only get promoted if you are "in" with management. - Company was super DEI focused and would send an event every other week and have finally stopped. Hope they get rid of this woke agenda. - Competitive pay? Is it competitive to minimum wage? - You will have external hires apply to any job post/grade but then tell internal employees they cant go more than 2 grade jump. - Overall benefits are horrible, the medical plan is too expensive (for families) even with employer contributions. - Pension plan has been terminated and is now just a 401k plan
