      -Flexibility with hybrid schedule -Nice, well-kept, modern facility/building with large food court (variety of foods), coffee bar, free spacious parking -Everyone I've met has a tenure of 3+ years -Leadership has stood firm in keeping DEI program

      Cons

      -Large organization where questions/requests are all automated so if you need help with anything it's almost impossible to speak with a live person (especially if you don't know anyone in the office)
