Pros

The culture is good at the company and is very supportive. The managers listen to the problems and help you out with everything.

Cons

Salary growth is bad, promotions are difficult. Not a lot of international people are hired at the company. The concept of DEI is spoken a lot but I have barely seen people outside of the white community. It is heavily white dominated. The CEO is new and is making decisions at the company which are confusing, feels like he doesn't have any idea of what to do with the company except recording one on one with other senior management employees. He talks a lot but I feel he will bring the ship down with him.

Pros

Low base salary to support you while you learn insurance and sales skills.

Cons

Unknowledgeable management or mixed abilities across large org. Uncompetitive compensation for tenured agents. Restricted access to carriers and a horrible liberty mutual product to sell. Horrible high-pressure sales culture. Not only is it terrible for customers but it has extremely damaged Liberty Mutual's reputation for Comparion. Too much DEI, not enough meritocracy.
