Pros

The first few years are GREAT!!! You are making good money and building your business.

Cons

. Now Liberty is adding too many offices to which agents are fighting for business and internet leads. Also, branch management is being hired from sales postions w/o any formal managment background nor training. I couldnt wait to leave!!!

Pros

Liberty Mutual has a competitive salary structure and great benefits. The people at the company are great. They offer a lot of vacation time.

Cons

In some departments there are issues with work life balance. Higher up management is not always mindful of how certain decisions will effect all employees.
