Pros

Pay is good ,however that's it.

Cons

Listen to your employees - LM needs an overhaul in DRC sales! Starting with People Leaders !! Your tenure employees are the most loyal - remember that - quit the favoritism- STOP DEI and be aware in Boston that your front line managers have little loyalty to you.The company is to big to look down and the Boston appointed GM is not respected by his front line managers and there are only 12 MANAGERS that run this machine from Lake Mary,Phoenix, and Plano. You have a middle management coup happening in the DRC led by a select few but they fall in line behind each other fast and this makes them powerful. Might want to pull them into Boston and release them for some new more loyal and trust worthy managers.

Cons

This job was pretty horrible, management is dishonest and asks you to do things a certain way but if it becomes a problem they deny all accountability. If you make a 1 cent fixable error you can expect to be in multiple meetings where your job is threatened. When you don’t make an error your job will still be threatened in the morning huddle. I stopped having verbal conversations with management because they tell you to do something and then when it backfires they say they never said anything. Getting info via chat a better option but got to a point where I had to start screenshot the chat because they will edit their responses if needed to avoid accountability. People were literally crying and breaking down at work every other day. I know this because in 1x1 the manager would tell me which employees cried or had a break down. A few months in nearly everyone I started with had quit and they had people constantly quitting. I’m not sure about other departments but I’d suggest avoiding this department. There is also no moving around either. They will find a reason stating you have negative notes or writeups in your employee file that you never signed off on never seen and aren’t allowed to see so you have no idea what’s in it. Because of this mysterious file you will be denied access to apply for positions outside of the department but really it’s because no one wants to be there and the turnover is so high if they allowed people to leave it would be devastating considering some states require license to do workers comp filings and some states filings are really complicated and takes a while to learn.
