      Pros

      Great discount, hybrid working so you get to work 2 days from home. Exciting store and launches

      Cons

      Honestly the worst management i have ever dealt with. Redundancies every year and with little to no communication from leadership who leave the rest of the staff to pick up the pieces. Low industry pay for a luxury retailer and little to no progression. For a well established business you would think you are working for a start up.

      - decent pay (including commission) - friendly colleagues and management - room for individuality - fun environment

      Competitiveness due to commission structure (the key is to not get phased by it because there are enough sales for everyone)

      No progress, bad culture, poor leadership

      Nice teams they find amazing people. Good discount, Cool projects.

      Cons

      Terrible senior leadership who want the glory without the support of their teams. Projects are cool but you don't actually get to do anything in them which makes an impact as again Senior leadership know best, despite not aligning with business objectives. Then when they flop they go quiet and on to the next thing. Finally, salaries are terrible unless you threaten to leave or simply leave. Its a huge revolving door and those who have been there a long time either have a sweet deal because they threatened to leave and are irreplaceable or they're living on pennies.
