Zero Progression

Pros

Very limited pros, way too relaxed. The yearly £500 bonus.

Cons

Management was not proactive, used the phrase “I’m Switzerland” a lot when dealing with issues, therefore nothing every got sorted about anything. Staff were encouraged to work through breaks and overtime when zero overtime is paid. The words “paying overtime is not in the culture”. When I handed my notice in, I was ignored by management in my final month. It’s like I no longer existed, despite doing over 3 years of hard work. Zero progression. Cost of living was given as a lump “bonus” instead of being put into our salaries for the coming year. Keeping your wage at a low.
