Fantastic community feel, the chance to work in a beautiful store and access to discount and little freebees!

Cons

Focus within the department was on statistics without any care for the teams wellbeing. Restricted any opportunity to grow or develop. A culture of squashing your potential if you seem to be exceeding too much.

HR is genuinely appalling and behave like a mob, intimidating and silencing anyone who dares to speak out The organisation is so dysfunctional it’s a miracle it’s still in business, so much time is spent infighting and massaging egos
