- Not listening or doing anything about complaints made by staff - some people having to work harder than others, slackers getting away with it - drugs culture at the time I was there

The discount which even at times is restricted The team you are working with are always fun and chatty however this is also restricted when management have their way

Cons

No room for progression there seems to be something against promoting from within Highly competitive and extremely unfair commission system in place When changes are made shop floor staff are the last to know even though it effects them first
