Head office managers bully people below them and new ideas are not openly accepted. Managers take other peoples work as their own. Negative attitudes within the workplace. Lots of talk and no action. Training does not exist, even when requested its denied. Progress isn't an option unless someone leaves, however the teams are so small it takes ages for this to happen and then often they'd rather employ externally. Animosity between head office and store staff. HR are useless and don't care about improving culture for younger/new employees.

Bad ethos in the store Some departments are running on fumes, don’t know what they’re doing The pay Working weekends/shift pattern The company structure has changed twice in 4 months Really hard to get basic things done because the processes in place don’t make sense
