Where to begin, the store literally has no idea who their target market is. The buying and merchandising team really need to wake up and actually buy product that excites people, it's so mismatched, nothing about this store is luxury or luxurious, I was constantly but down by my colleagues for being too formal with clients having come from top tier level luxury retailers it's imperative that clients are shown a certain level of respect, not at liberty, it's like working for an upmarket high street retailer. Little product training and uninspiring products in store. Staff don't have a clue about the product their selling. Higher management are rude, Teresa Baker in particularly. The security officers in liberty are a joke, rude to sales staff who they look down on, don't have a clue how to do their jobs, will shout and make your life more difficult than it already is due to lack of competence. Staff constantly take longer than the hour lunch given usually staff who've been with the company for over a year. Overall not a great place to work, I left after a month having been offered a position with a top tier French fashion house.
