Pros

The discount which even at times is restricted The team you are working with are always fun and chatty however this is also restricted when management have their way

Cons

No room for progression there seems to be something against promoting from within Highly competitive and extremely unfair commission system in place When changes are made shop floor staff are the last to know even though it effects them first

Excellent benefits. Opportunities for growth. Good training program. Good salary. Travel. Worked in different depths and opportunities to volunteer and do community outreach.

Cons

High caseload. Feedback not always available. Location has now been closed. Co workers needed degree for advancement after decade more of service.
