Pros

Liberty is such an iconic brand, and being part of its legacy is genuinely inspiring. There's a real sense of pride in shaping the voice of a store that's deeply rooted in British culture. The environment is incredibly creative. You’re surrounded by passionate people and beautiful design, which makes storytelling feel natural and rewarding. As Head of Communications, you’re given real ownership. Your work has visibility and impact, and there’s room to push boundaries and create meaningful campaigns.

Cons

Resources can be tight, which means you often have to be scrappy and hands-on — but that can also lead to some of the most creative solutions. The internal structure is still evolving, so cross-team collaboration can sometimes be slower than ideal
