Sometimes the culture can be a bit stuffy, but management has made efforts to loosen the old school suit and tie mentality in lieu of a more flexible work environment.

Liberty has many issues with a slow and very manual system, making a lot of the job more tactical and problem solving instead of analytical. There is a lack of set processes and standards, which is great for creative types, but can be chaotic at times. Given the size of each team, there is little room for growth or upward mobility.
